At All About Early Years we are able to offer a range of courses and seminars to support staff growth and development. We believe passionately in the importance of ongoing training and professional development for Early Years Practitioners and Managers. We know that training offers all Early Years professionals, whether new to the sector or a long term participant, the opportunity to reflect on and develop the support they offer for the children they care for. This is why we have a range of fun, informative and inspiring off-the-peg training packages. We also regularly adapt these packages or write completely new training to meet individual organisation's needs. This might be following one of our quality audits, in response to an Ofsted inspection, or as part of a wider Local Authority need or development plan. Broadly, our training fits into three areas: Leadership and Management, Supporting Children's Development and Well-being, and Safeguarding in its Widest Sense.
Leadership and Management
Leadership teams are key to the success of any childcare setting. However, training to support them to become skilled in this area is often overlooked. Whether they be room supervisors (yes, they are a key part of your leadership team), deputies, managers or area managers, at Cambridge Early Years we have training that can support leaders at every level.
